Non-Returnable Products
All products sold on Finest Antique are sold on an "as is" basis, meaning that there are no returns or exchanges allowed once the product has been purchased. This policy applies to all products, regardless of the reason for the return or exchange.
Reasons for the "As Is" Policy
We have implemented this policy for several reasons:
- Product Nature: Many of our products are unique, handcrafted, or vintage items that cannot be easily replaced or resold.
- Condition: The condition of the product is clearly shown in the high-resolution photos. We encourage customers to carefully review the product mages before making a purchase.
Exceptions to the Policy
There may be rare exceptions to this policy, such as if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe that your product falls under one of these exceptions, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.
